Mmmmmikuni

20 years ago I got a ride in a race-prepared 2000 with Mikuni carbs. Ever since then, I've wanted a 2-liter with these snarling beasts under the hood.

I finally had a working 2000 and found a set of late-style carbs for a reasonable price. They came with an intake and a stock air cleaner.

The starters weren't correct, the linkage was all wrong, and they were missing some pieces, but all-in-all they were in great shape.
