Coming together

I’m really happy with the way the grille looks on the car – a bit like a Fiat 124 Spyder or even an MG Midget. Only roadster-folk will know it is not stock.

The headlights went back on along with a pair of seriously sun-faded turn signal lights. They were orange in 1968!

I also added a pair of Tex mirrors, this time with straight arms (Zippy has the same mirrors with curved arms).

Hood gets attention next.
