The donor was rolled back outside and covered with a tarp.

Next under the knife - the rat. The idea is to leave the outside alone and just clean it up. But the interior - a different story. I don’t like to ride around in a nasty cockpit, so a strip-down is the first step.

More original than the donor, the interior of the rat looked fairly good at first glance.
